Chelsey Freeman Williams

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Chelsey is an Executive Leadership Coach, consultant, and organizational strategist who partners with leaders and organizations to build cultures where people and performance thrive. She brings over a decade of experience in leadership development, workplace culture transformation, and organizational strategy across education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

Chelsey has designed and led initiatives in leadership development, organizational culture, and equity-centered strategy through roles at YES Prep Public Schools, Teach For America’s National Human Assets Team, and as Chief Program Officer at Lead For Liberation. Today, through her coaching and consulting practice, she supports executives, emerging leaders, and teams in aligning strategy with humanity — cultivating environments grounded in trust, clarity, and sustainable growth.

Chelsey is a proud graduate of Howard University (B.S.) and holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology — the study of how people think, feel, and behave at work, and how organizations can create systems that bring out the best in their people. This training grounds her coaching and consulting in both human insight and organizational strategy, allowing her to help leaders and teams build cultures that are effective, equitable, and sustainable.
