We are a family-founded, oriented, and operated small business that exists to support each client to win with unconditional love As a husband and wife duo, we have combined over two decades of professional experience involving human resources, recruitment, selection, school design, hiring, diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, life coaching, and more.

Jeremy Williams

Partner, School Design Services

Jeremy has worked in a variety of research, design, instructional leadership, and college access positions with Transcend Education, OneGoal Houston, YES Prep Public Schools, and Teach For America. Through the core values of Love, Liberation, and Learning, Jeremy has led teams to produce substantial student achievement growth, garner consistent staff satisfaction, execute 21st-century pedagogical strategies, and utilize student-led restorative justice practices to replace the traditional zero-tolerance discipline policy. He also has nearly 10 years of combined professional experience related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion facilitation, career consultation, and life coaching. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University, a Master’s of Arts degree in Public School Building Leadership from Columbia University Teacher’s College, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Mind, Brain, and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University.

Chelsey Freeman Williams

Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Chelsey is currently the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusiveness for KIPP Texas. Originally from a small town in Arkansas, she's resided in Houston for the past 7 years. Chelsey is not new to the education space, having previously worked in Talent Acquisition and a founding District Diversity Ambassador for YES Prep Public Schools. From there, she took her talents to Teach For America's National Human Assets Team where she designed and created resources to support equitable hiring and facilitated sessions to strengthen hiring processes and practices across all regions and national teams. Chelsey has almost 10 years of recruitment, selection, equity, diversity, & inclusion, and adult facilitation experience. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University and a Master’s of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. As you consider joining our community, she's excited to combine her personal and professional passion for pursuing liberation to support your personal and professional goals.
